It is in fact very easy to maneuver - I can steer it one-handed no problem. It's a little tricky to get used to clamping the seat into it, but you learn to find the latches pretty quickly - it just takes some practice. Also, the light weight and ease of folding make this a GREAT option - it is truly a stroller that you can lift and move with one hand (though it does take two to fold it up - but it's an easy process). We haven't moved on to it w/o the carseat yet, so can't comment on the padding, but overall I would buy this stroller ten times over. Love it.
