However, the idea is this: If you are a security aware admin, and want to know what is going on in your logs - but don't have the time/funds/interest/whatever to build your own system or purchase tools to perform the analysis - then the SLAC is an option. Simply e-mail the logs or submit them via the web-interface, and an analysis will be returned in minutes. Concerned about security? PGP-encrypt the logs before submitting them. A system designed with the term 'Keep It Simple, Stupid' in mind.
